Transcription: Start by sitting down on the floor and crossing your legs. Bring your right elbow up so that it's pointing toward the ceiling and drop your right hand behind your back. Place your left hand on your right elbow and pull so that your torso moves up and toward the left. You should feel a stretch in your triceps and your lats. Hold this stretch for 10 to 30 seconds, relax and return slowly to the starting position. Repeat for the opposite side of the body.
